Real estate crowdlending · Buenos Aires · Argentina
Cynoravel pools contributions from everyday people to support towers, new builds and refurbishments across the country. No unreachable capital. No opaque middlemen.
01 — Origin
Collective financing applied to the Argentine real estate sector offers a different way to approach real estate: instead of requiring a large upfront capital, it lets several people contribute smaller amounts and support residential works, building refurbishments, neighbourhood improvements and new housing projects.
The whole journey takes place inside a digital environment. Each user browses the published initiatives, compares deadlines and conditions, and decides for themselves how much to contribute. The contributions are pooled and assigned to a specific development; once the announced terms are met, the results are shared among participants in proportion to their contribution.
In the Argentine context, with sustained housing demand, urban growth and attention placed on property value, this scheme has been gaining visibility as a way to participate. Real estate stops being perceived as exclusive territory of large developers, institutional funds or high-net-worth investors.
The range of projects is broad: apartment towers, housing complexes, refurbishments of older buildings, urbanisation works and ventures of different scales. That variety allows participation to be adapted to very different profiles, budgets and time horizons.
02 — How it works
The path is direct: you enter the platform, review the available opportunities, choose the one that fits your criteria and confirm the amount. From the same dashboard you follow the progress of the work, see how funds are used, check estimated timelines and access the terms of participation.
When the development completes its cycle or reaches its intended goals, the corresponding result is distributed according to your contribution. In this way, real estate crowdlending combines technology, collaborative financing and simpler access to the property market.

04 — Manifesto
I.
We work so that each stage is clear, verifiable and easy to follow. At any moment you can review how your contribution is being applied, what phase the work is in and under what rules you participate. Every participation involves risk and results depend on the evolution of each project.
II.
Participating also means backing initiatives that renew neighbourhoods, strengthen urban infrastructure and create new places to live. It is a way to seek returns while contributing to the growth of cities.
III.
We built this space so that approaching Argentine real estate becomes more understandable, more transparent and more participatory. Our goal is to offer clear information about the local property market and tools to help you decide with your own criteria.
IV.
Rather than a passing trend, this model reflects a renewed way of engaging with the sector in Argentina. Its main contribution is opening the door to projects that for years were out of reach for individual investors.
