These Terms govern access to and use of cynoravel.com, owned by Cynoravel S.A.S. By browsing the site you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use it.
1. Purpose
Cynoravel presents information about the real estate crowdlending model in Argentina and about projects eligible for collective participation. Any contracting takes place exclusively inside the platform's private environment, under specific terms and subject to the requirements of the Argentine collective financing regime.
2. Not advice
Content on the site is informational and does not constitute personalised financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. Each person must assess whether taking part in a project is suitable and, if needed, consult independent professionals.
3. Risks
Participation in real estate projects involves risks, including construction delays, regulatory changes, market fluctuations and other factors that may affect the expected outcome. Returns are not guaranteed.
