At Cynoravel S.A.S. (hereinafter, «Cynoravel», «we») we treat with care the personal data you entrust to our platform. This policy describes what information we collect when you browse or interact with cynoravel.com, for what purpose we use it and what rights you can exercise over it, under Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and the guidelines of the Argentine Access to Information Agency (AAIP).

We do not request sensitive data or detailed financial information through this site.

3. Purposes

We use your data to reply to enquiries, send you information about published projects if you asked for it, improve the site, measure its aggregate use, prevent fraud and comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations applicable to the Argentine collective financing regime.

4. Legal basis

5. Retention

Contact data is kept for as long as needed to reply to your enquiry and, afterwards, for a reasonable additional period to evidence compliance with legal duties, unless you exercise your right to erasure earlier.

6. Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal data. We may rely on technology providers (hosting, transactional email, analytics) acting as processors under Cynoravel's instructions and with adequate security levels. Whenever a transfer implies countries outside Argentina, we verify that equivalent safeguards exist.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No system is infallible, so we work with a continuous improvement approach.

10. Minors

The site is intended for people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
